Barthelemy Grossmann



Barthelemy Grossmann made his grown breaking debut at 24 years old behind and in front of the camera with movie 13M2 that came out in 2007, a claustrophobic look at three hoodlums from a poor Paris suburb who pull off a successful heist only to fall out over how to escape with the loot. The Wall Street Journal wrote "Mr. Grossmann is one of a crop of new European filmmakers."

In 2013's series Lascars for Canal Plus, he explored the urban street comedy. The show won the Prize of the best mini-series of the year.

In 2014's short J'marche Pas En Arriere, starring Doutzen Kroes the egerie of L'Oreal, then in 2015's series American Dream starring Michael Madsen (Kill Bill, Reservoir dogs), he explores the myth of the american dream.

In 2017's series Exposed, Barthelemy explores feminism through the story of Jessika a 18-year-old american girl starting to do porn to pay her student loan.
